Bespoke Shirt On Us

1. This offer entitles the recipient to one custom shirt to the value of $240 RRP, made from Woolcott St’s available fabric range.
2. One offer per person. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or voucher.
3. The offer is not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
4. To claim the offer you must book and attend an in-person consultation at our showroom, Suite 1016, Level 10, 185 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. During the consultation a Woolcott St tailor or wardrobe consultant will take you through a short presentation and ask a few questions about your current wardrobe, so we can understand where we may be able to add value at the better end of it.
5. There is no obligation to purchase anything, at the consultation or afterwards. The shirt is yours either way.
6. Appointments must be booked within 30 days of registering, and attended within 60 days of booking. The offer is subject to a short qualifying phone call before your consultation. We may reschedule or cancel a consultation if we are unable to complete this call.
7. Once your shirt is made you must collect it in person from our showroom and take part in a short fitting, so we can confirm it fits as agreed.
8. If you do not attend a booked appointment without letting us know, we may withdraw the offer.
9. Available to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
10. Woolcott St may withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Withdrawal will not affect a consultation already booked.
11. This offer is made in connection with a consultation about our bespoke shirting service, and is intended for people for whom that service is genuinely relevant: those whose work or lifestyle calls for tailored shirting and who are interested in the service we provide. Eligibility is confirmed during the qualifying phone call before your consultation. Acting reasonably, we may decline the offer where that call shows these criteria are not met, or where we believe on reasonable grounds that it is being claimed in bad faith. If we decline, we will tell you on that call and no consultation will proceed.
12. The offer is not available to anyone employed by, or holding a commercial interest in, a business that makes, sells or alters tailored clothing, shirting or menswear.
13. One shirt per person, and one per household. We may decline a claim where we reasonably believe it is duplicated, coordinated with others, or made using another person’s details.
